Bitcoin and ether ETFs end record multi-billion outflow streak
U.S. spot bitcoin ETFs ended a 13-day outflow streak with a small $3.05 million net inflow, after more than $4.4 billion in redemptions that cut total assets to $80.40 billion from $104.29 billion. BlackRock’s IBIT took in $47.66 million, while several rivals still saw outflows. Bitcoin ETF holdings stand at 1.277 million BTC, below the October peak of 1.376 million BTC. Spot ether ETFs also snapped a 17-session outflow run, posting $19.30 million in inflows, all from BlackRock’s ETHA. Ether ETF assets are $9.78 billion. Hyperliquid’s HYPE ETFs continued their all-inflow streak, adding $12.15 million, bringing net assets to $185.68 million since launch. Overall, the small crypto ETF inflows were modest relative to the scale of recent redemptions.
