Crypto ETPs Fail To Beat Last Year’s Half-Year Inflows
Cryptocurrency investment products experienced significant inflows, totaling $2.7 billion for the week ending June 27, marking 11 consecutive weeks of positive inflows. Total half-year inflows reached $17.8 billion, slightly down from last year's $18.3 billion. Bitcoin ETPs dominated, accounting for 84% of half-year inflows with $14.9 billion, and led last week with $2.2 billion. Ether ETPs followed with $429 million last week and $2.9 billion for the half-year, representing 16.3% of total inflows. XRP ranked third with $10.6 million last week and $219 million year-to-date. BlackRock led the market with over $17 billion in inflows, capturing 96% of total half-year inflows, while ProShares and Fidelity followed with $526 million and $246 million, respectively. Grayscale Investments reported nearly $1.7 billion in outflows. Bitcoin's price fluctuated, correcting below $108,000 after a surge to nearly $107,800.
