Decentralized AI favored by majority of Americans: DCG poll

Concerns about centralized AI include perceptions of bias (67% agree) and a tendency to favor Big Tech (63%). Industry leaders advocate for decentralized AI to challenge Big Tech's influence. Chris Miglino, CEO of DNA Fund, suggests decentralized AI could surpass Bitcoin in significance. Ben Goertzel, founder of SingularityNET, emphasizes the necessity of decentralization for beneficial artificial general intelligence. Tether plans to launch an AI platform supporting USDT and BTC payments, and Thinkagents.ai has introduced an open-source framework for autonomous on-chain agents, adopted by over 70 crypto firms.
