Strategy, formerly MicroStrategy, acquired 4,020 BTC for $427.1 million, averaging $106,237 per token, increasing total holdings to approximately 580,250 BTC valued at $40.6 billion. This acquisition follows Bitcoin's record high near $112,000, influenced by ETF inflows and favorable regulatory changes. Strategy plans to raise additional capital through a $2.1 billion At-The-Market (ATM) equity program for its preferred stock, Strife (STRF), aiming to enhance its Bitcoin-backed financial infrastructure. The firm reported a $7.7 billion gain from Bitcoin investments and targets $15 billion. Strategy operates three ATM programs totaling $63 billion, allowing daily rebalancing based on market conditions. Bitcoin is currently consolidating above $109,370, with a year-to-date gain of 56%.
