DeFi Development Corp. purchased $11.2 million worth of SOL, acquiring 82,405 tokens at an average price of $135.58, increasing total holdings to over 400,000 SOL valued above $58 million. The company also acquired a Solana validator business for $3.5 million, enhancing its alignment with Solana's infrastructure. The acquisition includes an average delegated stake of around 500,000 SOL, contributing to protocol-native cash flow. DeFi Development Corp. recently adopted a digital assets treasury plan focused on accumulating crypto assets, particularly Solana. The firm changed its name from Janover to reflect its commitment to crypto and trades on Nasdaq under the ticker DFDV, with shares rising over 1,700% in the past month. Solana's price is currently about $146, down 0.5% in the last 24 hours and approximately 50% off its January all-time high of $293.31.
