Users can pay transaction fees in SHIB, BONE, or any held token, enhancing user experience with near-instant transaction finality. Shib Alpha Layer employs ZAMA’s Fully Homomorphic Encryption for smart contracts, ensuring data privacy. Shibarium serves as the settlement layer, with plans for rollup deployment and instant bridging between chains. Lead developers Kaal Dhairya and Shytoshi Kusama emphasized their commitment to building despite early skepticism. The initiative aims to redefine perceptions of Shiba Inu beyond a meme coin.
