Strategy's Return to Bitcoin Buying Lasted Exactly One Week

Strategy bought no Bitcoin in the week ending Sept. 7 and instead spent $176.3 million repurchasing 1,810,885 shares of its STRC variable-rate perpetual preferred stock. No STRF, STRK, STRD, or MSTR shares were repurchased, and the buybacks were funded from its USD Cash pool.
