Strive's Bitcoin Stash Hits an Even 25,000 BTC After $36.6 Million Buy

Summary

Strive bought 469 Bitcoin for $36.6 million at an average price of $77,954 between Sept. 8 and Sept. 11, raising its total holdings to 25,000 BTC, worth about $1.95 billion at current prices. The entire purchase was funded through its preferred stock, SATA, with CEO Matt Cole saying all capital raised came from that program and that the company’s amplification ratio rose to 53.5%. Strive’s preferred obligations now stand at roughly $1.04 billion, while cash increased slightly to $204.2 million after the buy. The pace slowed sharply from the prior week, when Strive bought 1,375 BTC. Its common share dilution remained minimal, reflecting its strategy of using preferred stock rather than common equity to finance Bitcoin accumulation. Strive remains fifth among public corporate Bitcoin holders, behind Strategy, Twenty One Capital, Metaplanet, and MARA Holdings.
