TipLink Aims for Crypto Newcomers With Google-Powered Solana Wallet
Solana (SOL) crypto wallet startup TipLink has introduced a service called TipLink Wallet Adaptor, which allows users to create an in-browser wallet linked to their Google account. This eliminates the need for browser extensions and the setup of a separate wallet like Phantom or Solflare. The service is aimed at users who do not have a crypto wallet or the knowledge to set one up. Users can receive a link to a wallet, log in with their Google credentials, and start using it. The private keys are kept out of easy reach to prevent phishing attempts. While the current security level may not be suitable for storing large amounts, the team is working on adding more security layers. TipLink also plans to launch a "Pro" service to help developers distribute their cryptos to users via campaigns.
