Truth Social Bitcoin And Ether ETF Filing Acknowledged By SEC
The US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has accepted Trump Media’s application for a Bitcoin and Ethereum exchange-traded fund (ETF), initiating a review process for approval or rejection. The ETF will offer 75% exposure to Bitcoin and 25% to Ether, with shares listed on NYSE Arca. Foris DAX Trust Company will serve as custodian, while Yorkville America Digital will sponsor the fund. The net asset value will be evaluated daily based on the CME CF reference rates for Bitcoin and Ether. Separately, the SEC has delayed a decision on Fidelity’s proposed spot Solana ETF, opening a new public comment period. Analyst James Seyffart noted that the SEC's request for amendments from SOL spot ETF issuers signals potential movement towards new crypto exchange-traded products.
