Validation Cloud deploys Web3 AI engine on Hedera
Validation Cloud has launched the Mavrik-1 AI engine on the Hedera network, enabling decentralized finance (DeFi) users to access blockchain data through natural language queries. This development aims to simplify interaction with DeFi protocols without requiring technical expertise. Mavrik-1 utilizes live on-chain data focused on DeFi and stablecoins. Despite DeFi representing over 50% of on-chain activity, accessing and interpreting its data remains challenging for many users. The AI's rollout includes planned integrations later this year. The growing intersection of AI and Web3 is projected to enhance trust and adoption in both fields, with AI expected to become a $15 trillion industry by 2030. Venture capital investment in AI startups reached $73 billion in Q1 2023, highlighting significant interest despite some hesitance from crypto-focused investors regarding further investment until technology advances.
