Summary
A brief drop in XRP Ledger validator support reset the 14-day activation countdown for fixCleanup3_4_0, delaying its expected activation from Oct. 23 to Nov. 4. Support fell from the required 29 of 35 validators to 26, then recovered to 29; it has since risen to 31. The patch addresses a token-issuance loophole and changes how lending code determines loan delinquency or default. The related lending system is not yet live.
