21Shares Doubles Dogecoin Bets With 2x Leveraged DOGE ETF
21Shares has launched the 2X Long Dogecoin ETF (TXXD) on the Nasdaq, giving investors leveraged exposure to Dogecoin (DOGE). The ETF targets twice the daily performance of DOGE, minus fees, and is intended for short-term, risk-tolerant investors. This marks 21Shares’ first leveraged product, created in partnership with House of Doge, and follows previous DOGE-related products on Switzerland’s SIX Exchange. The debut comes amid a wave of new crypto ETF listings in the U.S., including Solana and XRP funds, with Grayscale and Rex-Osprey also pursuing Dogecoin offerings. The U.S. SEC is currently reviewing an application for a non-leveraged Dogecoin ETF. 21Shares continues to operate independently after its acquisition by FalconX, and offers a range of crypto exchange-traded products. Dogecoin remains the largest meme coin, with a market cap over $23 billion, but has fallen nearly 19% in the past month and is 78% below its 2021 all-time high.
