A Bitcoin treasury with $67 million in BTC has just $5,397 in cash and needs money immediately
CIMG Inc. said it needs immediate capital despite holding 1,145.4 BTC worth $67.19 million at June 30. It had only $5,397 in cash, $1.87 million in current assets, and $9.25 million in current liabilities, creating a $7.38 million working-capital deficit. Management said it may sell Bitcoin, but the holdings are volatile and not committed financing, so going-concern doubt remained. The company disclosed self-custody through a 3-of-3 multisignature setup involving the CEO, CFO, and a director, but no third-party custodian, insurance, or independent verification. The filings do not prove all coins are unpledged or unencumbered. CIMG also reported widening losses and $10.35 million of operating cash burn over nine months. New equity or debt would be needed to fund operations; Bitcoin value alone does not cover near-term obligations.
