Bitcoin MVRV Ratio Is At A Critical Retest: Can Bulls Triumph?
The Bitcoin Market Value to Realized Value (MVRV) Ratio for short-term holders (STHs) is currently retesting its 155-day moving average (MA), which could significantly impact Bitcoin's price. A break above this MA may indicate bullish momentum, as the MVRV Ratio has recently surged above 1, suggesting profitability for STHs who purchased within the last 155 days. Historical trends show that such crossovers often lead to price rallies, with the last occurrence in early 2023 resulting in a new all-time high. Analysts suggest that if Bitcoin reaches a weekly high around $65.3k, it could aim for its all-time high again. However, profit-taking is anticipated between $66,100 and $70,800, as STHs may sell at those levels. Bitcoin's price has increased approximately 8% over the past week, reaching $63,700.
