CleanSpark misses Wall Street revenue estimates as shares sink
Summary
CleanSpark reported third-quarter fiscal 2026 revenue of $138 million, down 30.5% year over year and slightly below the $142.2 million analyst estimate. It posted a net loss of $239 million, or $0.89 per basic share, versus net income of $257 million, or $0.90 per share, a year earlier. Shares fell 5.5% on Thursday but rebounded about 3% in premarket trading Friday. The company continues expanding beyond Bitcoin mining into AI and high-performance computing, including a 20-year lease for a 175-megawatt data center in Georgia that could bring $6.6 billion in contracted revenue.
