Crypto stocks, Bitcoin pumps as more companies snap up BTC
US crypto-linked stocks experienced gains alongside Bitcoin, which rose 4% to $110,150. Major crypto miners and firms saw slight increases, with Circle Internet Group shares rising 7% and Core Scientific Inc. up 4.27%. CleanSpark Inc. and MARA Holdings Inc. both climbed over 3%, while Riot Platforms Inc. gained 2.74%. MicroStrategy Inc. also saw a gain of 4.71%. In contrast, Robinhood Markets Inc. fell nearly 2% after missing inclusion in the S&P 500, while eToro Group Ltd. surged over 10.5%. Public companies are increasingly purchasing Bitcoin, with BitMine Immersion Technologies buying 100 BTC but closing down nearly 8.7%. KULR Technology Group reported a 4.2% rise after acquiring an additional $13 million in Bitcoin, totaling 920 BTC at an average price of $98,760 per coin.
