Evernorth’s XRP funding plan could raise $18 million less at lower share price
Evernorth’s resale registration became effective on Oct. 30, clearing one condition for a Cantor Fitzgerald share-purchase facility that could provide funding for XRP acquisitions and other corporate purposes. At XRPN’s Nov. 3 closing price, the original 5.22 million-share allowance would represent about $63 million, versus roughly $81 million at the Oct. 22 reference price; these are illustrations, not proceeds received. Actual funding depends on share sales, contractual limits, fees and further conditions, and management controls whether to issue purchase notices. As of Nov. 4, disclosures did not confirm shares sold, cash raised or XRP bought. A company disclosure linking proceeds to token purchases would establish actual new XRP demand.
