FTX sues NFT Stars and Kurosemi in push to recover tokens
FTX has filed lawsuits against NFT Stars and Delysium in Delaware bankruptcy court, alleging both firms failed to deliver tokens owed despite FTX's repeated attempts to resolve the issues. FTX claims Alameda Research paid $1 million for 75 million AGI tokens from Delysium, with a vesting schedule that was disrupted by FTX's bankruptcy. The complaint against NFT Stars states FTX paid $325,000 for 1.35 million SENATE tokens and 135 million SIDUS tokens, but delivery was halted after a partial fulfillment. FTX seeks the remaining tokens and damages, asserting that the tokens' peak values could have yielded profits if delivered on time. AGI, SENATE, and SIDUS tokens have significantly decreased in value since their peaks. NFT Stars and Delysium have not responded to requests for comment. FTX is actively pursuing recovery of funds owed from various parties following its collapse.
