HashKey Capital Singapore Secures Capital Markets Services License From MAS

The Monetary Authority of Singapore has granted a Capital Market Services (CMS) license to HashKey Capital Singapore, a subsidiary of crypto asset manager HashKey Capital. With this, HashKey Capital Singapore can provide fund-management services domestically. CEO Deng Chao announced the firm's plan to foster an environment where the traditional and digital financial systems can coexist harmoniously. The company, which raised $500 million for its third fund in January, aims to invest globally in Web3 and crypto projects. Financial services heavyweights such as DigiFT and SBI Digital Markets also received CMS licenses in 2022.
