Jumper to Launch JUMP Token Sale on Legion as it Spins Out to Build the Super-App for Onchain Finance
Jumper is becoming an independent company and plans its first JUMP token sale through Legion. The company says it has processed over $40 billion in lifetime volume, has more than 100,000 monthly active users, and ranks as the top aggregator by bridging volume. Its goal is to become a “super-app” for onchain finance, offering swaps, bridging, perpetual futures trading, tokenized stocks, real-world assets, and yield opportunities in one interface. Jumper has already expanded beyond cross-chain trading into advanced trading and real-world assets, and its next major product is Jumper Perps, which will aggregate perpetual futures venues into a single experience. The token sale will fund product development, user growth, and distribution. Jumper is being carved out from LI.FI as a standalone venture, while LI.FI will continue focusing on infrastructure. The company is also choosing not to raise a separate equity round, aiming to align users, contributors, and investors around the same token asset.
