Magic Eden scare puts 3,832 NFTs in whitehat protective custody

An NFT community member, Cirrus, noticed the activity and warned holders to revoke permissions, saying the transfers looked like sales on Magic Eden. Yuga Labs’ blockchain VP, 0xQuit, later said the moves were part of a white-hat rescue operation. The NFTs are reportedly safe in the receiving wallet and will be returned once they are no longer at risk. Yuga Labs CEO Michael Figge said a vulnerability was identified hours earlier and more details would follow. Magic Eden has not publicly confirmed any exploit.
