Morning Minute: Robinhood Chain Flips Ethereum and Base in Fees
Robinhood’s chain, launched July 1, has quickly become a top revenue-generating network. Over 30 days it collected $3.13 million in chain fees, ahead of Base ($2.89 million) and Ethereum ($2.47 million), and in the past day it widened the lead with $495,477 versus Base’s $71,703 and Ethereum’s $25,746. Onchain apps on the chain earned $1.84 million in 24 hours, second only to Solana and above Ethereum for that day, though Ethereum still leads on a 30-day basis. Usage and liquidity are rising fast: TVL reached $727.15 million, bridged assets totaled $2.32 billion, stablecoin supply hit $769.44 million, and 24-hour DEX volume was $1.19 billion. RWA activity has also surged, with record daily volumes near $115 million and a market cap of $149.22 million. Pons is the main growth driver, with about $208.82 million in 30-day DEX volume, a $690,000 daily revenue record, and a token that jumped sharply on heavy buyback-and-burn demand.
