Nasdaq-listed Canton Strategic Holdings plans tokenized stock trading from Nov. 2
Canton Strategic Holdings plans to tokenize its Nasdaq-listed common shares (CNTN) on the Canton Network, with trading expected to start as soon as Nov. 2. The company is working with tokenized-securities venue TSV and SEC-registered transfer agent Fairmint. Tokenized shares are intended to retain the same shareholder rights as the listed stock and trade 24/7 via an automated market maker, with immediate settlement and Fairmint maintaining ownership records and compliance. The companies cite the SEC’s September innovation exemption as a regulatory path. Canton Strategic Holdings, formerly biotech firm Tharimmune, has shifted to a digital-asset strategy focused on Canton Coin and the Canton ecosystem; it is not the developer of the Canton Network.
