Revolut has completed a share sale valuing the private neobank at $75 billion, led by investors such as Coatue, Greenoaks, Dragoneer, and Fidelity, with participation from Andreessen Horowitz, Franklin Templeton, T. Rowe Price, and Nvidia’s NVentures. The amount raised was not disclosed, but the sale included employee stock, marking the fifth such offering to Revolut staff. The company has expanded its crypto trading services since 2017, recently obtaining a Markets in Crypto-Assets (MiCA) license from Cyprus and partnering with Polygon. Revolut is reportedly considering launching its own stablecoin, with ongoing commitment to expanding crypto offerings in a compliance-first manner.
