Eligibility is based on a time-weighted points system favoring long-term holders between March 12 and April 10. The event features a luncheon and keynote speech from Trump, with the top 29 holders granted access to a VIP reception. Attendees must pass background checks; foreign government officials and individuals from certain countries are barred.
