Spot Bitcoin ETFs End 12-Day Inflow Streak with $131M in Outflows
Spot Bitcoin ETFs experienced a net outflow of $131.35 million on Monday, ending a 12-day inflow streak that totaled $6.6 billion. The largest outflow was from ARK Invest’s ARKB, which lost $77.46 million, followed by Grayscale’s GBTC with $36.75 million and Fidelity’s FBTC with $12.75 million. Bitwise’s BITB and VanEck’s HODL had smaller outflows of $1.91 million and $2.48 million, respectively. BlackRock’s IBIT saw no changes. Cumulative net inflows for Bitcoin ETFs remain at $54.62 billion, with total net assets at $151.60 billion, representing 6.52% of Bitcoin's market cap. Analysts suggest the outflows reflect profit-taking and institutional rebalancing rather than panic. In contrast, spot Ether ETFs recorded $296.59 million in net inflows, bringing total inflows to $7.78 billion, with significant activity noted on July 16 and 17.
