Lead plaintiffs Michelle Clarity and Mehmet Cihan Unlusoy, along with an investor, have voluntarily dismissed their lawsuit against Bitcoin treasury company Strategy, ending the case permanently. Strategy, the largest player in the crypto treasury sector, holds 632,457 BTC valued at $68.4 billion. The dismissal may signal a positive outcome for crypto treasury firms, which have diversified their holdings beyond Bitcoin to include assets like Ether, Solana, BNB, and Tron.
