Strive Buys More Bitcoin as Holdings Reach 43,124 BTC
Strive bought 124 BTC for about $10 million between October 24 and 30, paying an average of roughly $80,526 per coin. Its holdings rose to 43,124 BTC, leaving it 390 BTC behind Twenty One Capital and 876 BTC behind Metaplanet among publicly traded corporate holders. The company funded the purchase with cash and, for the first time, its SATS preferred-stock offering, which permits up to $1 billion in share sales. Strive reported $490.4 million in cash and equivalents at October 30. CEO Matt Cole has said the company aims to become the second-largest publicly traded corporate Bitcoin holder by the end of 2026. The report notes that financing costs, dilution, liquidity and sustainability remain considerations as corporate Bitcoin accumulation grows.
