The company has filed with the SEC to register a Bitcoin and Ethereum ETF, proposing to allocate 75% of assets to Bitcoin and 25% to Ethereum. If approved, the ETF will list on NYSE Arca, with Crypto.com as the custodian and provider of staking and liquidity services. The ETF aims to hold the digital tokens directly, addressing SEC concerns about secure storage. Concurrently, Trump Media introduced "Trump Mobile," a $499 smartphone with a monthly plan of $47.45, launching in September. The phone is made in the US, with customer support handled domestically. The service includes telemedicine visits, international texting, and roadside assistance, aiming to differentiate from major carriers. Trademark applications cover telecom services and accessories under the Trump brand.
