Trump Media sells another 2,628 BTC, holdings fall to 4,261 BTC
Trump Media & Technology Group sold another 2,628 BTC, worth about $165 million, by transferring the coins to Crypto.com, according to Arkham data cited by Lookonchain. That brings its reported Bitcoin sales over the past seven months to 7,281 BTC, worth roughly $545 million, at an average sale price of about $74,855 per BTC. Lookonchain says the company originally bought 11,542 BTC at an average price of $118,522. Arkham shows Trump Media now holds about 4,261 BTC, valued near $269.8 million, down 63% from its reported peak. The latest transfers followed two earlier Crypto.com transfers in May totaling 2,650 BTC. The sales come amid renewed scrutiny of Trump-linked crypto ventures as lawmakers debate the CLARITY Act and ethics concerns around public officials’ digital asset interests.
