Binance Is Shutting Down Its Bitcoin Mining Pool After Six Years
Summary
Binance will discontinue Binance Pool and related services—including Pool Savings, Cloud Mining and Transaction Accelerator—at 07:00 UTC on Nov. 10, 2026. The exchange will stop accepting mining connections and crediting shares at that time; miners must switch pools and users should redeem or unsubscribe from affected services. Eligible rewards, balances and refunds will be processed under Binance’s rules, with identity checks required by the end of Nov. 10 for some payouts. The pool, launched in 2020, held about 2.3% of Bitcoin network hashrate at the end of 2025. The closure comes as Binance broadens into traditional finance and follows its shutdown of its centralized NFT service.
