Bitcoin ETFs Add $1 Billion in 2 Days Amid March to Record BTC Price
Investors contributed nearly $1 billion to new American Bitcoin ETFs, with total inflows reaching $996.6 million in just two days. Bitcoin's price surged to a record high of $109,565 before settling around $107,000, marking a 23% increase over the past month. Spot Bitcoin ETFs have attracted over $7.5 billion since mid-April. BlackRock’s iShares Bitcoin Trust led the gains with nearly $600 million in net inflows, while Fidelity Wise Origin Bitcoin Trust and Ark 21Shares Bitcoin ETF received $211.4 million and $201.7 million, respectively. The launch of Bitcoin ETFs has been the most successful in the 32-year history of ETFs, with 11 funds managing $127 billion in assets under management. The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission approved these ETFs last year, enabling easier investment in Bitcoin without direct ownership.
