Bitcoin ETFs Just Had Their Biggest Day Since May—BlackRock Took 83% of It
U.S. spot Bitcoin ETFs took in $606.29 million on Thursday, their biggest daily inflow since May 1, extending a four-day streak to about $1.61 billion. August inflows reached $2.07 billion, the best month of 2026 so far. BlackRock’s IBIT dominated again with $502.99 million, about 83% of the day’s total, while Fidelity’s FBTC added $64.74 million, Bitwise’s BITB $26.4 million, and ARKB $12.2 million; HODL had a small outflow. Across the four days, IBIT captured roughly $1.09 billion of the $1.61 billion. Ethereum ETFs also had a strong day, drawing nearly $221 million, their largest inflow since October 2025, while XRP and Solana funds posted smaller but positive inflows. Bitcoin traded around $77,000 after briefly nearing $80,000, up about 24% for the week. Bitcoin ETF net assets stood at $90.16 billion, with cumulative inflows since launch at $53.40 billion.
