Bitcoin, Ether ETFs’ October outflows swell toward $1B

US spot Bitcoin and Ether ETFs have recorded $986.3 million in combined net outflows so far in October. Bitcoin funds saw $244.1 million withdrawn Thursday, after $484.9 million on Wednesday—their largest daily outflow since June 25. Ether ETFs lost $72.5 million Thursday, extending an eight-session outflow streak that has shed about $641.3 million. October withdrawals total $407.4 million for Bitcoin ETFs and $578.9 million for Ether ETFs. The outflows coincided with Bitcoin dropping as low as $80,427 Thursday, before trading at $82,506. Glassnode said stronger spot volume and ETF buying would help confirm support for Bitcoin’s recent breakout.
