Bitfinex Securities lists tokenized notes tied to Strategy, Metaplanet
Bitfinex Securities has listed five tokenized notes that give eligible investors economic exposure to Bitcoin treasury companies, including Strategy, Metaplanet, H100 Group, and Capital B, plus Strategy’s variable-rate perpetual preferred stock, STRC. It says this is the first time such products have been available for secondary trading on a regulated tokenized securities exchange. The notes were issued through ORO (II), a Luxembourg securitization fund managed by SICOS Securities. They are backed by the underlying securities held with regulated financial institutions, but do not provide direct ownership of the shares. Fractional exposure starts at about $1, and trading is available against USD, USDt, and BTC. Access is limited to eligible investors and excludes US persons. The listings come after Bitfinex Securities’ $50 million tokenized raise for Alkemya, bringing its listed assets above $500 million.
