BitGo buys NYDIG trading arm to deepen institutional crypto push

BitGo acquired NYDIG’s institutional trading business, expanding its crypto offerings for institutional clients with derivatives, structured products, financing, and capital markets services. The deal includes NYDIG’s institutional client trading relationships and about 30 employees joining BitGo. Financial terms were not disclosed.
