Capital B adds 376 Bitcoin in $29M purchase, boosting holdings to 3,521 BTC
Capital B, a French Bitcoin treasury company, bought 376 BTC for 25.3 million euros, lifting its total holdings to 3,521 BTC. The purchase was financed by about 30.1 million euros in recent capital raises, including a private placement supported by Adam Back and TOBAM. Capital B paid an average of 67,182 euros per BTC, with Swissquote Bank Europe handling execution and Taurus providing custody. The company has now spent 309.4 million euros building its Bitcoin treasury at an average cost of 87,878 euros per BTC, ranking it 25th among publicly traded corporate Bitcoin holders. It also keeps 61 BTC separately for operational use. The move comes as some firms reduce Bitcoin exposure, while others keep accumulating. Metaplanet, H100 Group, and Strategy all added more BTC recently, with Strategy remaining the largest corporate holder.
