From Bitcoin to Altcoins: Crypto Inflows Hit Record $3.1 Billion, Led by Spot ETFs
The crypto market experienced $3.13 billion in net inflows last week, driven mainly by US spot Bitcoin ETFs, indicating heightened institutional interest. Year-to-date net inflows into crypto funds reached $37 billion, with total assets under management at $153 billion. Bitcoin funds led the inflows, contributing $3 billion, coinciding with a price rally. BlackRock’s IBIT product accounted for $2.05 billion of the inflows. Altcoins also saw growth, with Solana attracting $16 million and Ethereum $2.8 million. US-based funds dominated with $3.2 billion in inflows, despite some European outflows totaling $141 million. The launch of spot Bitcoin ETFs has facilitated institutional access to digital assets, supporting mainstream adoption and positive market sentiment.
