Kraken is force-selling 7 delisted tokens into dead markets, warning users insufficient liquidity could result in zero proceeds.
Kraken is starting an automatic liquidation of residual spot balances in seven delisted tokens — PLANCK, AIR, MICHI, FLY, ANLOG, TERM, and STRD — from Aug. 3 through Aug. 7. Withdrawals for affected clients closed at 14:00 UTC on July 31, so remaining balances can no longer be moved off the exchange. This is a staged wind-down: trading and deposits stopped on May 1, the withdrawal deadline has passed, and the liquidation window is the final step. Kraken says sales will be executed automatically under prevailing market conditions, with proceeds potentially well below recent reference prices if liquidity is thin. It has not disclosed execution venue, sequencing, fees, or the final currency of proceeds. Clients with leftover balances will receive whatever the exchange is able to realize during the conversion.
