Sahil Arora launched a Floyd Mayweather-themed meme coin on Solana trading platform Fomo, briefly promoted by Mayweather’s social media accounts. The token reached a roughly $1 million market cap before falling 96% within three hours. The deployer wallet reportedly sold for about $5,000 before the peak; Arora said the apparent missed gains were part of the plan and claimed to have made seven figures through other wallets. Bubblemaps disputed that figure: its largest linked wallet cluster made about $105,000, while the top 100 traders earned $306,000 combined. Arora says he intends to revive celebrity meme-coin launches, despite prior accusations that his projects were fraudulent. Mayweather has a history of crypto promotions, including an SEC case over undisclosed paid promotion of Centra Tech.
