RedotPay Raises $107M Series B Led By Goodwater Capital
RedotPay, a Hong Kong-based stablecoin payments company, raised $107 million in a Series B round led by Goodwater Capital, with participation from Pantera Capital, Blockchain Capital, Circle Ventures, and existing investors. This brings its total 2025 funding to $194 million. RedotPay offers stablecoin-based payment products such as a digital asset spending card, cross-border payout rails, multicurrency accounts, and a peer-to-peer marketplace. The company serves over 6 million users in 100+ markets, processes over $10 billion in annual payment volume, and generates over $150 million in annual revenue. The new funding will support acquisitions, licensing, compliance expansion, engineering, and product hiring as RedotPay enters new markets. In December, RedotPay partnered with Ripple to launch crypto-to-naira payouts in Nigeria. The stablecoin sector has seen significant investment in 2025, including large raises by M0, Rain, and Coinflow, and a new $136 million fund by CMT Digital. Following new US regulations, the stablecoin market has grown to about $309.55 billion, led by Tether’s USDT.
