Solana bot turns just $12,000 into $1.4 billion in trading volume as fake liquidity floods Raydium
Bitquery identified a Solana wallet suspected of wash trading about $1.4 billion across Raydium concentrated-liquidity pools from Sept. 21 to Oct. 20—22.7% of the segment’s reported volume. Using roughly $12,000 in working capital, it completed 22,685 rapid buy-and-sell round trips, often involving tokens imitating established cryptocurrencies. Ten linked pools displayed $5.93 billion in liquidity on DEXScreener but held only $10,238 in USDC reserves. The activity may distort volume and liquidity indicators and expose traders to misleading token listings. Bitquery linked wallets through funding and transaction patterns but did not identify the operator or establish investor losses, nor implicate Raydium or the platforms displaying the pools.
