Sophon sets Nov. 25 withdrawal deadline ahead of mainnet shutdown

Sophon has set Nov. 25 as the deadline for users to withdraw SOPH, ETH, USDC and other assets, and claim outstanding staking or Guardian rewards, before it shuts down key infrastructure and websites. Assets left on the chain may become permanently inaccessible. The project announced in June that it would abandon its Ethereum layer-2 network, citing the cost of maintaining a standalone chain, and shift its focus to consumer finance and AI applications on Base.
