Spot Bitcoin ETFs Surges With Massive Inflows, Will This Trigger A Price Spike?
Spot Bitcoin Exchange-Traded Funds (ETFs) are experiencing significant inflows, indicating strong investor interest and confidence in Bitcoin's long-term potential. Recent data shows a net inflow of $202 million in one day, a substantial increase from $62.1 million the previous week. This daily inflow represents nearly 50% of last week's total inflows of about $500 million. BlackRock's iShares Bitcoin Trust (IBIT) is a major contributor, attracting over $224 million in daily inflows. Other funds like Franklin BTC ETF and WisdomTree BTC Fund also saw positive inflows, while several others experienced outflows. The influx follows a recent price decline of Bitcoin from approximately $65,000 to $62,720, suggesting investors are capitalizing on lower prices. Bitcoin's trading volume has increased by over 44%, with its current price at $62,818, leading to speculation of a potential price rise in the near future.
