Valour to Launch Solana ETP on Brazil’s B3 Exchange
Valour, a subsidiary of DeFi Technologies, has secured approval to launch a Solana exchange-traded product (ETP) in Brazil, which will begin trading on B3, the country’s main stock exchange. The new product, Valour Solana (VSOL), offers Brazilian investors regulated access to Solana (SOL) and will join Valour’s existing local ETPs for Bitcoin, Ether, XRP, and Sui. Like other Valour products in Brazil, VSOL is denominated in reais and tracks Solana’s performance within traditional market infrastructure. This launch highlights Valour’s strategy to expand beyond Europe, identifying Brazil as a key international growth market. Cryptocurrency adoption in Brazil has surged in recent years, ranking the country fifth globally in digital asset usage. Growth is driven by stablecoin payments, especially for cross-border transactions, and institutional interest. Local fintech innovations, such as real-denominated stablecoins and asset tokenization, are supporting broader institutional participation in Brazil’s crypto sector.
