DeFi Protocol Sushi's CTO Warns of Possible Exploit

Summary

Decentralized Finance (DeFi) protocol Sushi warned of a front-end exploit affecting its platform and other dApps due to a compromised Web3 connector. The hack modifies the user interface to redirect funds, but does not access hot wallets. This malicious code is believed to have originated from hardware wallet provider Ledger's GitHub page which has been tampered with to include a token drainer. Other DeFi platforms like Zapper and RevokeCash have reported similar issues.
