Drift exploiter sends $61M ETH to Tornado Cash, holds $194M

A wallet linked to Drift Protocol’s April 1 exploit deposited 25,700 ETH, worth about $61 million, into Tornado Cash over two hours after two months of inactivity. The exploiter’s addresses still held roughly 81,454 ETH, valued at $194 million. Drift reported losses of about $295 million and said Mandiant linked the attack to North Korean group UNC6862. The protocol launched claims and redemptions for recovery tokens on Oct. 1; the recovery pool held about $3.1 million at launch and is funded by exchange revenue and recovered assets.
