JPMorgan, Coca-Cola, Dell also say no to OKX-ICE tokenized tock trading plan
Summary
JPMorgan Chase, Coca-Cola, Dell and four other companies have objected to being included in OKX and Intercontinental Exchange’s proposed tokenized-stock venture. The latest objections bring the total to 33; 30 of the 62 companies on the original list have opted out. The plan would enable 24/7 tokenized-stock trading through Uniswap v4 liquidity pools on OKX’s XLayer blockchain, with stablecoin settlement, under the SEC’s five-year Innovation Exemption. Companies have 30 days after notification to object, and many are waiting to see how the experimental market develops.
