Luke Dashjr removed as Bitcoin Improvement Proposal editor

Summary

Luke Dashjr was removed as a Bitcoin Improvement Proposal editor after a dispute over his involvement in BIP 110. Mark Erhardt had called for his removal, saying Dashjr was heavily involved in creating and implementing the proposal and appeared to favor it while serving as an editor, including by trying to assign it a BIP number before broader discussion and quickly merging an update. Jon Atack verified Dashjr no longer had editor or administrator access and merged the pull request removing him. Dashjr called the move an abuse of power. BIP 110 aimed to temporarily limit arbitrary data in Bitcoin transactions and briefly caused a minor chain split that quickly stalled.
